Have you ever been alone and afraid? Most of us experience the intense loneliness that accompanies fear. In the book of Kings, we see that the prophet Elijah knew all about fear and loneliness as he ran for his life from a queen that was out to kill him. We also learn about the character of God and how he remains near to us even when he seems so far away.
